Customer had a system from us in his previous home. He purchased a new home and wanted to finish the basement. He called us in because the basement leaked in several places and he wanted it fixed before he finished the basement.

Solutions provided:

We provided him with a level 4 Healthy basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with a full wall ThermalShield vapor barrier. We also installed a FastSump Combo 1/3hp Primary/Backup double pump system.
